What is deleted

  • Your login: email, phone number and password
  • Your profile: name, phone, email and language
  • Your profile photo
  • The notification tokens of your devices
  • Documents saved in your account

After deletion, your phone number can be used for a new account.

What is kept, without your personal details

We keep your bookings for the company’s records. We remove your name, phone, email, location, notes and cancellation reason from them, and we remove their link to your account. What stays: the service, date and time slot, price, status and booking reference. Our team’s internal notes on a booking also stay. We keep these records only as long as our company records and legal duties require.

What this does not cover

  • Requests sent through the quote and enquiry forms on our website. They are not linked to an account. Email us and we will delete them.
  • Messages already sent to our team when you made a booking, which can include your name and phone. On request, we can delete these messages from our team’s chat.
  • Backups held by our database provider. They expire on their own schedule.
