Who we are

Services 4U is a Sabrah Group company based in the UAE, with our office at Office 04, Jurf Gardens, Industrial Area 3, Ajman, UAE. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Services 4U.

What we collect

When you send a request through our quote form, we collect:

your full name and phone number
your email address, if you give it
the service you are interested in and any message you write
how you prefer to be contacted (WhatsApp, phone or email)
that you agreed to be contacted, and when

To protect the form from spam, we also store a scrambled, one-way code made from your IP address. We do not store the IP address itself, and the code cannot be turned back into it.

If you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, we receive the details you choose to share with us there.

How we use your details

to reply to your request and prepare your quote
to contact you the way you asked us to
to keep a record of the requests we receive
to stop spam and misuse of the form

We do not sell your personal details, and we do not send you marketing messages unless you ask us to.

Where your details are stored

Quote requests are stored in a secure database provided by Supabase, and our website is hosted by Vercel. These providers may store data on servers outside the UAE. Only our team can see the requests you send; the website itself can add new requests but cannot read them back.

Cookies and tracking

Our website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. The map on our Contact page is provided by Google Maps; when it loads, Google may collect information under its own privacy policy.

How long we keep your details

We keep your request only for as long as we need it to handle your enquiry and to meet our legal obligations, and then delete it.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

tell you what personal details we hold about you
correct details that are wrong
delete your details
stop contacting you

We aim to handle personal data in line with UAE law, including the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always on this page.
